Playing in the mens City Golf Championship for the first time in a decade, Troy Rauer immediately finds himself in the spotlight. The power-hitting Central graduate finished 2-under 69 on Friday at St. Joseph Country Club to take a three-shot lead after the first round. Rauer last played in the event in 1999 in what he called not Ach Account a very positive showing.
